Hi friends,
The festive season is back again and so is Pooja. Here I am folks with a load of goodies for you to make your celebrations even more enjoyable.
|
Navaratri [Sep 23 - Oct 1]
Navaratri celebrations are already on with "Garbas" and "Dandias" being performed all over India. This festival which is celebrated for 9 days, is essentially the worship of Goddess Shakti. Time to join the Dandias in your best traditional attire. I just can't hold myself back from the celebrations. Incase you are not able to join the festivities, celebrate by sending these Navaratri cards.

Durga Puja [Sep 29 - Oct 2]
The sounds of the Dhaak, prayers, pandal hopping with friends and four days of festivities make Durga Puja an occasion of sheer joy. This is the time to seek Goddess Durga's blessing for peace and prosperity and to renew ties with all close ones. If you are unable to be with them on this occasion send them a Durga Puja card or wish them Subho Bijoya.

|
Dussehra [Oct 2]
Dussehra is the last day of Navaratri & Durga Puja celebrations in Southen, Western & eastern India. In the North it marks the day when Lord Rama defeated Ravana. The celebrations signify the victory of good over evil with bursting of crackers and burning of effigies of Ravana. Send these Dussehra cards to your close ones and celebrate the victory of good over evil.

I cannot teach you violence, as I do not myself believe in it. I can only teach you not to bow your heads before any one even at the cost of your life. - Mahatma Gandhi
